  1. Scheduling and Calendar Management:
  • Coordinate and manage the General Manager’s (GM) calendar.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Send reminders and ensure the GM is aware of upcoming commitments.

2. Correspondence and Communication:

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes

3. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by General Manager
