Esin Visa is a leading consultancy firm specialising in providing comprehensive immigration solutions for individuals and businesses. We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach, deep industry expertise, and a track record of successful outcomes. We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Corporate Services Director to join our team.

The Corporate Services Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate services division, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our business clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing and growing a corporate client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate service offerings and drive growth in the corporate sector.
  • Client Management: Oversee relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Service Development: Identify opportunities to expand and improve corporate services, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful implementation of corporate services initiatives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the corporate services division, including process improvements and resource management.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on corporate services activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration, investment or corporate services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Holding a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (KAH) will be a plus point.
  • Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
  2. Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
