Senior Executive, Student Life

Singapore NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) Full time
The Senior Executive, Student Life & Support, will work as part of the Student Life & Support Team to assist in the administrative functions of the students' leave and attendance, student records and student activities at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine).

Responsibilities:
  • Review student events proposals and provide recommendations to ensure that events are conducted according to school guidelines
  • Liaise with student representatives regarding Overseas Community Involvement Projects (OCIPs) and Local Community Involvement Projects (LCIPs)
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for student events
  • Coordinate with students on administrative issues such as student reimbursement and meetings
  • Support department activities such as Freshmen Orientation Week and White Coat Ceremony
  • Provide support in students' leave and attendance matters
  • Assist in student enquiries
  • Assist in Student Life & Support's activities and events


Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Business Management or relevant discipline
  • Prior administrative experience in an educational institution will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess initiative and drive
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work and travel between campuses


This is a 3 years contract appointment.
