Case Management & Client Services Executive
Hiring for 3 positions | Full-time | Based in Singapore
Join Heritage Immigration, a trusted name in Singapore's immigration sector, as a Case Management Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding clients through their Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship applications, ensuring a seamless and well-supported experience.
Your Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding, ensuring accurate setup in internal systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, clearly communicating process milestones and expectations.
- Review and assess client documents and information for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide clients with guidance on documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate application submissions, schedule appointments, and manage timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient application process.
- Maintain detailed records and track case progress to ensure successful submissions.
- Provide post-submission updates as required
We are hiring three (3) Case Management & Client Services Executive. While English proficiency is essential for all roles, we are also looking for:
- One candidate with proficiency in Mandarin, to communicate effectively with clients who are not proficient in English.
- One candidate with proficiency in Tamil, to communicate effectively with clients who are not proficient in English.
- The third position has no additional language requirement beyond English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze and assess documents for compliance.
- A client-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
- Experience in immigration, legal, or administrative work is a plus, but not required—we value strong organizational skills, initiative, and a keen eye for accuracy.
