Are you a skilled chef with experience in crafting high-quality Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meals? We are looking for a passionate RTE Chef to join our kitchen and create delicious, fresh, and well-packaged meals that meet the highest standards of taste and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare Ready-to-Eat meals with an emphasis on flavor, texture, and shelf life.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality control in all RTE products.
Innovate new recipes and improve existing ones to meet market trends and consumer preferences.
Work closely with production and packaging teams to optimize efficiency.
Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and nutritional balance.
Oversee the cooking, chilling, and packaging process to ensure high product integrity.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced in RTE meal production, food manufacturing, or large-scale catering.
Strong knowledge of food preservation, chilling methods, and HACCP standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Creativity in recipe development while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Passion for delivering quality meals that are both delicious and convenient.
