Summary:

Join the dynamic team as a Technical Sales Executive in the building material industry You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving sales growth through targeted specifier engagement and brand awareness initiatives.

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Position: Technical Sales Executive
  • Company Industry: Building Material
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Working Location: Sungei Kadut, Singapore
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $4,700 + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving specified targets and expanding product technical specifications in the market, while developing and expanding the base of new specifiers and business relationships.
  • Contributing to the creation of key specification tools to enhance sales and market presence, and influencing architects and specifiers to adopt proprietary specifications for systems.
  • Maintaining close communication and collaboration with R&D and Technical departments to ensure alignment.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective interaction with architects, consultants, and key specifiers through presentations, training sessions, seminars, and industry events.
  • Supporting sales staff in engaging with clients on specification-related issues and providing market intelligence insights on competitors and trends.
  • Marketing and promoting the product range to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors, and developing marketing action plans as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Access to own transportation preferred but not mandatory.
