Salary: $3,600 to 3,800 + AWS + Commission (depends on sales)

Job Description

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts, identifying customer needs and challenges, and offering complete solutions and strong value propositions using all KM products and services to address those needs.
  • Manage relationships within the customer's decision-making unit, ensuring positive engagement.
  • Keep detailed records of account information, actively prospect, and develop new accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving sales of Managed Print Services, Managed Content Services, Production Printing Systems, and Managed IT solutions.
  • Conduct thorough account coverage of assigned clients through white space analysis.
  • Generate and nurture sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings, written communication, and phone calls.
  • Close sales deals to meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for a full range of products, solutions, and services.
  • Utilize skills in large account selling, cross-selling, and driving a team-selling approach, engaging in meaningful conversations with C-level executives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives across business units within assigned accounts.
  • Develop effective strategies to win major RFPs within the industry, ensuring participation in all significant opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent post-sales service to ensure customer retention.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and account information to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive, driven, and focused on achieving results.
  • Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with proficiency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • If possess a personal vehicle (monthly transport allowance of $800) or, if not, the company will provide a Corporate Grab transport allowance up to $800 for client visits.
