Job purpose:
To strategically lead the AI and automation delivery organization within CBS, driving the ideation, development, and implementation of the global CBS AI and RPA roadmap to enhance operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage globally, by operationalizing a new capability center in Singapore.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Establish and operationalize a dedicated capability center in India for in-house AI development, and continuously lead and manage a highly motivated team. (20%)
- Establish and facilitate forums to engage and negotiate with senior management across CBS, cross-divisionally, and group functions to define and align AI initiatives and business objectives. (15%)
- Strategically formulate and deploy an AI and automation operating model, involving key stakeholders across CBS and Grundfos to foster innovation with cutting-edge technologies. (15%)
- Define and execute the AI and RPA roadmap to drive operational efficiencies across End to End CBS, and deliver value for One Grundfos. (15%)
- Lead the team to continuously develop processes, capabilities, and ways of working, and head technological progress and development to fulfill the business needs for scaling and technical advancements. (10%)
- Lead the change to ensure stakeholders are committed and actively participate in roadmap implementation, driving a strong collaboration and trust culture across team members and key collaboration partners for ideation, development, delivery, and implementation. (10%)
- Manage a global and diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation in a fast-paced and complex environment. (5%)
- Oversee budgeting and funding activities, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources. (5%)
- Facilitate effective communication towards the CBS Leadership team to approve and prioritize roadmap activities and communicate decisions across the CBS organization. (5%)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing and executing key strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience working in a global environment is required.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Knowledgeable of agile methodologies, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to change and efficiently deliver projects in a dynamic and iterative development environment.
- Experience developing and implementing operating processes and setting strategic direction for AI and automation initiatives, in a global context.
- Strong leadership in driving AI initiatives across functions, with a high focus on End-2-End impact
- Experience in leading people directly or indirectly.
- Ability to influence and guide teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and RPA applications and best practices.
- Expertise in technical RPA and AI solutions in order to set direction.
