About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join theteam at Regency Steel Asia Pte Ltd. in our Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Regionoffice. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to our Salesdepartment, playing a crucial part in the overall success of the business.
Job Description:
- Prepare Sales Contracts and expedite deliveries with warehouse.
- Entering new orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orderdetails.
- To monitor & follow up deliveries/shipments for customers, logistics and transportersin Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepare permits and checking for both Bonded Warehouse and Singapore Custom.
- To ensure deliveries & shipments carry out smoothly, completely in time for customer.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between orders and invoices.
- Negotiating L/C, DP and DA documentation with banks.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales administrative or customer servicerole.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize andmulti-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers andinternal stakeholders.
