Roles & Responsibilities

A German and Singapore JV company specializing in Industrial Hardware. Our industries include Telecommunication, Data Centre, Transportation, and Industrial enclosures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales department to accept and confirmed clients purchase order with order acknowledgement & follow-up on orders shipments with factories
  • Provide updated order status to regional representatives and ensure on-time submission of reports
  • Follow-up on shipment to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Liaise with external and internal parties regarding samples and rejected parts
  • Coordinate meetings and training
  • Meticulous in data entry using SAP
  • Provide administrative support to sales teams and any other duties assigned.

Requirement:

  • Min 2 years of working experience; good to have either industrial electrical/mechanical component sales knowledge but not necessary
  • Degree/Diploma/ITC or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent
  • Clear understanding of INCOTERMS Shipment, BL, LC etc.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise and converse with English and Mandarin-speaking sales/factories/clients, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Pro-active and must be a team player
