Roles & Responsibilities

AR

  • Update Accounts Receivable (AR) Worksheets - inputs daily invoices and receipts
  • Maintain daily cash/bank book
  • Responsible for the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reporting including AR ageing and sales related reports
  • Generate and update statements email to customers
  • Liaise with customers regarding Monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA), follow up on overdue accounts
  • Prepare journal entries for Accounts Receivable (AR) related matters in month-end closing
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to resolve all issues pertaining to progress claims, invoices, and collection matters.
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
  • Assists with HR daily attendance record
  • Assists with HR leave record
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

AP

  • Assist in data entry of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices and payments
  • Maintain daily cash/bank book
  • AP monthly payment (cheque/giro/TT) and payment vouchers
  • Manage Petty Cash - daily claims and month end reconciliations
  • Monthly Bank reconciliations
  • Month end AP closing
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum LCCI / Diploma in accountancy.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous & committed individual who can multi-task and work with little supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and positive working attitude.
  • Proficient in Ms Office and Excel.
  • 5 days work.
  • Yearly Performance Bonus.
  • Office located at Tampines, Opposite IKEA & Giant.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
