Your role

As a Data Migration Lead, you are part of a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within a wide range of clients in the financial services sectors. As a team you deliver complex projects that transform the way business is being done.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between Business Analysts, Data Analysts, IT, and business teams across the business unit.
  • Develop a structured data migration framework aligned with the Target Operating Model (TOM) requirements.
  • Identify, implement, and manage data migration tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead data migration governance, reviewing and approving key decisions.
  • Establish a reporting framework to track project progress and ensure transparency in migration activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential migration challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Steering Committee.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management is essential
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, and end-to-end migration planning.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business requirements gathering and project definition in the field of Client lifecycle management domain.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in banking, with knowledge of products such as Deposits, Loans, Remittance, Trade, and Treasury.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and team management.
  • Proficiency in documentation, meeting facilitation, and creating presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Preferred candidates have experience on topics such as:

  4. Organizational Design
  5. Operational Excellence
