Job Description

The Consumer Banking Group Singapore Business Analytics team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and support our stakeholders towards being an AI Fueled support unit.

This role will involve using expertise to ideate and enhance the customer 360 through data and analytics - a holistic customer view across behaviours, journey, and touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  • BAU reports & data mart management related to Consumer Banking Group
  • Supporting ongoing improvements and migration efforts, including overseeing data pipelines, script optimization, job monitoring, data migration, and documentation

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and data platform needs, ensuring clear operating model with data platforms and control tower platforms, and delivering end-to-end data solutioning that includes translating business problems into data requirements, data discovery, and data processing to deliver outcomes.

Able to influence decision-making through clear storytelling; Simplify complex concepts and deliver ideas in a clear and concise manner.
