Position: Sales Coodinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting all relevant sales administration and documentation such as preparation of sales quotation and proposal, follow up with sales contract and invoicing.
  • Support Sales Manager on Sales & Marketing activities and work schedules.
  • Attend client meetings with Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with customers and provide sales support, working closely with sales and technical team for any clarification on specifications/drawings required by customers to ensure enquires are met and followed up.
  • Attend to customers' complaints and ensure they are properly and efficiently addressed.
  • Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reporting at end of the month.
  • Provide administrative support and other work or assignment support as required or instructed by office. If required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The applicant should possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative/Coordinator experience in similar job functions
  • Have experience in the Construction Industry preparing Bills of Quantities, Tender Documents, Quotations and Contracts.
  • Able to read CAD drawing will be an advantage.
  • Good Knowledge in MS office Word and Excel.
  • Preferable to be bilingual (English and Chinese)
  • Possess good customer service, organising skills and keen to learn
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet client set deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferable to be able to start immediately/ within short notice
  • Must be living in Singapore
  • Male/Female
  • May be required to meet clients after office hours.
  • Travel to client meetings and back fully reimbursable.

OTHER DETAILS

Job Type: Full time

Salary Range: $3,300.00 to $3,600.00 /month

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with a -1hour lunch break). Alternate Saturdays 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

OT maybe required after office hours to meet customer tender deadlines.
