About the team

The strategy team's mission is to usemodel-driven and data-driven ways to promote core indicators onLIVE revenue and user engagement, which includes:

1. Build prediction/uplift NN model to improveLIVE feature intelligence;

2. Mine andinterfere with potential crowds to gain a higher ROI operation forboth LIVE streamer and watcher;

3. Makedetailed analysis on user data and system data to find out userexperience optimization zoom;

4. Other worklike user growth strategy, cold-start strategy, etc.

Requirements:

1. Responsible for data science work related tothe product and operation strategy of TikTok LIVE.

2. Analyse business data in different markets,formulate targeted strategies, and evaluate strategic benefits.

3. Build insights into different strategyscenarios, use data skills to deepen scenario understanding andpromote decisionquality.

Qualifications

1.Mathematics, statistics, computer science related majors, haveexperience of internet business.

2. Excellentthinking framework and scenaios understanding ability, good atusing data analysis and other means to solve business problems.

3. Experience of casual inference, evaluationframework, data mining is preferred.

4.Understanding the principle of machine learning and recommendationalgorithms is preferred.
