The strategy team's mission is to usemodel-driven and data-driven ways to promote core indicators onLIVE revenue and user engagement, whichincludes:

1. Build prediction/uplift NN model toimprove LIVE feature intelligence;

2. Mine andinterfere with potential crowds to gain a higher ROI operation forboth LIVE streamer and watcher;

3. Make detailedanalysis on user data and system data to find out user experienceoptimization zoom;

4. Other work like usergrowth strategy, cold-start strategy,etc.

Requirements:

1.Responsible for data science work related to the product andoperation strategy of TikTok LIVE.

2. Analysebusiness data in different markets, formulate targeted strategies,and evaluate strategic benefits.

3. Buildinsights into different strategy scenarios, use data skills todeepen scenario understanding and promote decisionquality.

Qualifications:

1.Mathematics, statistics, computer science related majors, haveexperience of internet business.

2. Excellentthinking framework and scenarios understanding ability, good atusing data analysis and other means to solve businessproblems.

3. Experience of casual inference,evaluation framework, data mining ispreferred.

4. Understanding the principle ofmachine learning and recommendation algorithms ispreferred.
