Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist - AI Engineer to join our LIVE team. The successful candidate will participate in the optimization of ByteDance LIVE monetization business, serving the LIVE experience of billions of global users. This role involves adopting cutting-edge machine learning models to scientifically analyze massive user behavior and consumption data, building high-performance/high-reliability architecture services, and providing optimization directions for the overall business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in product/business discussions, fully analyzing and understanding user behavior patterns.
  • Provide optimization directions for the overall business.
  • Avoiding nonsensical text while maintaining similar length to original text.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a solid math foundation, including probability statistics, numerical optimization, etc., and be sensitive to data, good at discovering, analyzing, and solving problems from data. Familiarity with C/C++/Python development, Linux multi-threaded/multi-process, and commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms is also required.
