Job Opportunity: Decision Intelligence & Agentic AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled individual to lead Decision Intelligence and Agentic AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, data-driven decision-making, and experience working with tools like Aera Technology to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Decision Intelligence frameworks to enable real-time decision-making across supply chain and operations.
  • Develop and manage Decision Dashboards to visualize actionable insights and KPIs for business stakeholders.
  • Configure and optimize Aera Crawlers and Cortex to collect, process, and model decision-ready data.
  • Build and deploy AI-driven optimization models to enhance business efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects and scale implementations to production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate high-value decisions across the value chain.
Key Requirements
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills, with a focus on decision optimization.
  • Knowledge of Decision Intelligence: Practical experience in AI-driven decision-making and automation.
  • Aera Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with Aera Crawlers, Cortex, or similar platforms.
  • Supply Chain Planning Development Skills: Familiarity with supply chain planning tools like SAP APO or SAP IBP.
  • Decision Dashboards: Experience designing dashboards to visualize insights for decision support.
  • Optimization Skills: Proficiency in building models to optimize supply chain, finance, or operational processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Aera Skill Builders or certification in Aera Technology tools.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations or multi-tier supply chain collaboration.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and data modeling techniques.
  • Singapore citizenship or PR is preferred.
