Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As an HRIS and Payroll Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our HR systems run smoothly and our payroll processes are accurate and timely. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams, manage critical employee data, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:HRIS Management
  • Maintain and update employee records and organizational structure in the HRIS system.
  • Provide first-line support for system-related issues and user queries.
  • Support in HR system troubleshooting, user support, and training.
  • Generate HR reports and preparation of HR dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support system upgrades, new module implementation, and data migration.
  • Ensure confidentiality and consistency across all HRIS data.
Payroll Administration
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (e.g., new hires, exits, variable pay, leave, benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., CPF, tax, local labor laws).
  • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and year-end tax submissions (e.g., IR8A, EA forms).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, BIPO) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical thinking with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is highly valued.
  • Exposure to SQL or a strong willingness to learn is an added advantage.
