Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to deeply understand company branding, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Develop compelling content strategies, including creating marketing materials, social media posts, and digital content tailored to buyer personas.
  • Execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across platforms, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and optimizing outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and promote marketing events and campaigns, leveraging email marketing and direct engagement strategies.
  • Engage influencers and manage community engagement initiatives for enhanced brand visibility.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, measure key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct special projects involving full-cycle marketing campaign development, from planning to implementation and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes, refining marketing tactics based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong skills in analytics, digital advertising platforms, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, CRM platforms, email marketing systems).
