Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Handles telephone calls and written or Electronics correspondence with assigned accounts
  • Response to customers Inquiries
  • Order Entry
  • Expedites/Order modification – expedite and follow-up with buyers/suppliers for shipment schedules with prompt updates to customers.
  • Review and manage open orders and ship per customer's requirements.
  • Advise customer forthcoming schedules / shipment and discrepancies
  • Follow up on critical orders to ensure that orders ship per customer delivery requirement and shipping window
  • Sample Requests
  • Update Pricing/Schedules in ERP system
  • General filing
  • Fill-in for others Customer Service Rep. when absent from work
  • Scorecard Management as required

Requirement:

  • Preferably 1 - 2 years work experience in Customer Service
  • Preferably with customer service related experience in Electronics industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Continuous feedback and guidance needed by supervisor
  • Must be PC literate
