HMI Medical Centre is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices.

We are looking for a few Clinic admin assistants (back-office) to join us and support our clinic administrative work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with corporate client
  • Perform administrative tasks such as enrolment, invoicing, termination and attend to enquires via phone and email
  • Perform Data Entry
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

  • Computer literacy; Microsoft Office, Email
  • IT savvy; able to handle clinic management system independently after training provided
  • Fast learner and team player
  • Good interpersonal skills, a good team player, and has good time management skills
