As an Admin and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle the generation and management of invoices.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of car-related commissions.
  • Maintain and update records for new car inventory.
  • Coordinate the registration processes for new vehicles.
  • Assist with monthly journal entries and related financial tasks.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support for ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Role involves a focus on administrative duties (80%) with supplementary accounting tasks (20%).

Requirement:

  • Possess a minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field
