Admin and Accounts Officer

As an Admin and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle the generation and management of invoices.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of car-related commissions.
- Maintain and update records for new car inventory.
- Coordinate the registration processes for new vehicles.
- Assist with monthly journal entries and related financial tasks.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support for ad hoc assignments as required.
- Role involves a focus on administrative duties (80%) with supplementary accounting tasks (20%).
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum of NiTEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field
