Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts & Admin Officer - AMK
We looking for an accounts and admin officer to manager the office daily payment and admin work, we are fully computerized, we provide a friendly working environment, if you are a team player, please send us your resume, we look forward to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Manager in daily payment to vendors
  • Handle the office daily administrative work
  • Handle collection of Account Receivable and issue monthly SOA .
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, cash balance and audit schedules.
  • Handle payment andA/P invoices from Vendors on daily basis

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years experience in accounting work
  • Good communication skills in English and and Mandarin, computer savvy
  • Diploma or Equivalent In Accounting
  • Familiar with Accounting software.

Working Location and Hour:

  • Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore
  • Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays on duty monthly
  • Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Singapore Citizen or PR and Malaysia
  • Preferable staying at AMK, Hougang Punggol, Sengkang , Bedok, Pasir Ris
