Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
  • Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
  • Provide excellent service experience to all customers
  • Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
  • Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
  • Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
  • Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
  • Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
  • Interview and hire team members for outlet operations.
  • Schedule job training for team members
  • Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Address customer queries courteously and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
  • Able to be a backup for all position
  • Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Formal culinary training in Food preparation & Culinary management an added advantage
  • Good knowledge in Brunch style cooking and western cuisine is preferred.
  • Interested in F&B industry
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Team player
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to perform Flexi shift, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • 6 days work per week week
