Job Summary
As the Temp, Client Compliance / Corporate Secretarial, you will assist to manage the annual statutory compliance and work on ensuring the corporate governance processes and documentation are handled professionally on a portfolio of Singapore and Offshore Companies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality work, timely delivery, client satisfaction and retention.
Client Management:
Assist the Corporate Secretarial team to service a portfolio of Singapore and offshore Companies.
Tasks include assisting to organize, prepare annual statutory compliance documents. Arrangement of meetings and board resolutions, maintaining statutory books & ensuring operations of the clients are properly recorded to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.
Act as a point of contact for clients, managing and strengthening relationships.
Compliance and Governance:
Assist the corporate secretarial team to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and secretarial services.
Assist with the internal audits of client database maintained.
Assist with collection, preparation and verification of KYC/CDD documents as required.
Keep abreast of changes in corporate governance norms and update clients as appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; a professional
certification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretarial Practice is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial practice
Related experience in client KYC / CDD fields are welcomed
Singaporeans and Permenant Residents only as no quota are available.
Strong understanding of Singapore's corporate regulations and compliance landscape.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Possible conversion to a permenant staff after 6 months.
