Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements :

Purchasing

  • Manage the complete order cycle from sourcing and obtaining various vendors quotations to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory control practices to ensure stock availability, minimize excess stock holding especially perishables food items.
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to ensure prompt and timely daily goods deliveries to outlets.

Logistics / Supply Chain

  • Develop strategies to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity.
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders and resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics promptly.
  • Familiar with all the documentations required to receive goods from containers and liaise with freight forwarder and handling import shipment documents.
  • Schedule delivery drivers on daily routes efficiently.
  • Assist drivers to upload goods to outlets.
  • Operate class 3 delivery trucks, pallet jack and pallet stacker.
  • In charge of department monthly and year-end financial reporting including audit and stock-take management.
  • Adopt 5S methodology to organise store / warehouse / cold / freezer / chiller food management in orderly and clean manner.
  • Maintain metrics, analyse data, and implement improvements.
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Maintenance

  • Oversees in-house maintenance team for outlets and office maintenance including kitchen equipment / air-con servicing.
  • Plan and schedule routine maintenance in an efficient manner.
  • Liaise with external vendors for kitchen equipment / air-con repairs or replacement.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or its equivalent.
  • Min. 3 years in supervisory role leading a team of at least 3 to 5 persons in related industry
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem solving skills
  • Hands-on person and comfortable to roll-up sleeves to assist Driver / Warehouse in physical works where necessary.
  • IT savvy with proficiency skills in MS Words / Excel
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills, ability to interact with internal / external stakeholders
  • Competent negotiation skills
  • Class 3 driving licence
