Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Vincar Singapore. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our luxury automotive brand.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.


2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.


4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury automotive products and services to effectively showcase their value propositions to clients.


5. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.


6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.


7. CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate sales reports for performance analysis.


8. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a passion for luxury automotive products.

8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
