Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for general insurance and insurance products.
  • Generate leads and follow up on them to convert them into customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend products accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and servicing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of insurance products and their features, benefits, and limitations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Overall, the position of Business Development Executive would require a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs.
