Clinic Manager – Singapores Leading Physiotherapy & Osteopathy Clinic

We are looking for a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth administration, excellent patient experience, and efficient team coordination. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with strong leadership, operational management, and customer service skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Administrative Management- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage clinic scheduling, appointments, and resource allocation to optimize patient flow.
- Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, landlords, and service providers as needed.
- Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff, ensuring high levels of professionalism and service.
- Conduct staff training and development to enhance operational performance.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of non-clinical team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Implement initiatives to enhance patient engagement and streamline their journey.
- Ensure the clinic adheres to healthcare regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient data security and confidentiality compliance.
- All accounting, payroll and business deveoplent is handled by our other teams so you dont have to worry about this.
Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, or hospitality management (preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in administrative software (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, CRM systems).
Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
