Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design and implementation of IT solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee and execute system upgrades, ensuring thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality, performance, and compliance of applications before deployment.
  • Develop and implement SQL-based monitoring queries for real-time system performance tracking and customer data insights.
  • Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to optimize workflows and improve system integration across enterprise organizations.
  • Implement IT risk governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate application-related risks.
  • Provide technical expertise in developing Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions and evaluate the feasibility and security of new software.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to IT risk management frameworks.
  • Manage integration processes, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption during system transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective software solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and assess software quality and performance metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, specializing in software and application management, system integration, and IT/business consulting.
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), with a proven ability to design and optimize business workflows to enhance system performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for large-scale system upgrades.
  • Proficient in developing SQL-based monitoring queries to track system performance and provide real-time data insights.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with IT risk governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Experience in providing technical leadership for Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions and evaluating IT systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage end-to-end system integration and software implementation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices regarding software quality and security.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (business level or higher) and English is required, as the role involves working closely with Japanese-speaking clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer, SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA), or equivalent.
