Junior Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update a database of suppliers, products, and market trends
- Prepare and issue purchase orders following company procurement policies
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Support in organizing and tracking shipments and deliveries.
- Provide support for additional administrative or operational needs as required
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage customs documentation for imports and exports
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative, logistics, or clerical roles is preferred. (Training will be provided as well)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Other Information:
- AWS/ VB will be subjected to company's yearly performance
- Location: Aljunied
- 8.30am to 6pm
