Key Responsibilities:
- Co-Lead the strategic planning and operational management of Annabelle Psychology, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with our mission and values.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team and Support Team to expand and enhance mental health services, incorporating cutting-edge research and therapies.
- Develop and implement business strategies, including financial management, budget planning, and revenue growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture, promoting teamwork, staff development, and professional growth.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organisations.
- Co-Lead the Marketing and Partnerships Teams to increase the visibility, access, and reach of Annabelle Psychology’s services.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in psychology, or in a healthcare discipline, or a Bachelor's in law, business administration, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in healthcare, mental health services, or a related industry is desirable.
- Ability to function dynamically in a variety of situations.
- Passionate about mental health and committed to improving community well-being.
- Strong individuals without clinical background but with a desire to build a better private mental health clinic will be considered.
