Our client is a manufacturer of membrane separators for lithium-ion batteries globally is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as an Admin cum PA.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all work or personal matters pertaining to the Chairman and CEO with efficiency and promptness.
  • Organize and synchronize meetings, appointments, and events for the Chairman and CEO.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman and CEO as well as other company representatives.
  • Screen incoming calls, emails, and office visitors, managing all correspondence adeptly.
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events, including arranging refreshments when necessary.
  • Handle the procurement of office supplies, oversee mail, and courier services, and serve as the primary liaison with the facilities management of the office building regarding any office-related issues.
  • Assume responsibility for all administrative and office-related affairs.
  • Assist in the coordination of all company events, such as birthday celebrations, staff gatherings, and company dinners.
  • Fulfil any additional responsibilities as delegated by HR Manager and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • 1 year of PA, Secretary or Executive Assistant experience

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: Alexandra (West)
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary: Up till S$4,000 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
