Admin Supervisor

Job Description
- Work closely with departments and subsidiaries within the group to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, including email, store orders, quotations, and delivery arrangements.
- Coordinate all online deliveries, ensuring timely shipment and liaising with logistics providers to resolve any issues.
- Oversee outlet orders, liaising with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Manage all receiving of goods and monthly stocktake reporting to Finance
- Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Draft documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and support special projects as required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level, Higher secondary, preferably with F&B experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years work experience. English: spoken and written.
- Resourceful and a problem solver with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments.
- 5.5 days / week.
