Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Work closely with departments and subsidiaries within the group to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, including email, store orders, quotations, and delivery arrangements.
  • Coordinate all online deliveries, ensuring timely shipment and liaising with logistics providers to resolve any issues.
  • Oversee outlet orders, liaising with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery.
  • Manage all receiving of goods and monthly stocktake reporting to Finance
  • Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
  • Draft documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and support special projects as required

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level, Higher secondary, preferably with F&B experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience. English: spoken and written.
  • Resourceful and a problem solver with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments.
  • 5.5 days / week.
