Position: Temperature Services Coordinator – Logistics Executive
Location: Changi Business Park (with transportation provided from Tanah Merah)
Salary: Up to $4500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all temperature-related services
  • Facilitate customer setup and protocol establishment in accordance with applicable temperature services
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure accurate quote updates
  • Conduct thorough review of temperature excursion reports and facilitate adjudications
  • Oversee shipment tracking and ensure temperature compliance adherence
  • Provide support in addressing Technical Queries and Quality Incident reports
  • Offer valuable insights to the Business Development team on Temperature Services strategies
