About the role
YCS MGMT & CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team in Bugis, Central Region. This full-time position will involve handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities to support the financial operations of our growing consulting business.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations for corporate clients
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports for management review
- Prepare GST reports for management review
- Prepare compilation reports for management review
- Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., GST, Form C) in compliance with tax regulations
- Support the month-end and year-end payroll processes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to resolve financial queries
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
- Proficient in the use of Office 365, accounting software, such as MYOB or AutoCount
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
- Sound knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
