Working in a fast-paced environment brings its opportunities and challenges. Our HR department is responsible for all people matters in the employee life cycle. As an intern in the HR Team, you will be working across all of our business units and will support many different actitivites.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with HR operations-related activities like onboarding, documentation, transfers, offboarding etc.
  • Data management and administration work for various internal systems to achieve data integrity.
  • Improve employee experience by supporting HR communications & organizing engagement activities
  • Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices for HR project.
  • Actively participate and contribute creative ideas to process enhancement, system updates and team activities.
  • Support talent acquisition topics / projects. This might includes recruitment marketing or end-to-end recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your Profile

  • A background in business administration with a keen interest in Human Resources
  • Eye for details; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
  • First experiences in Microsoft office tools/programs are beneficial.
  • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player who is self-driven with initiatives
