Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. as a strategic partner to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, development, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Work closely with managers to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Talent Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of key roles.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • HR Systems and Administration
    • Develop and maintain HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee data and records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating events and meetings.
  • Employee Engagement and Communications
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and productivity.
    • Communicate company policies, procedures, and benefits to employees.
    • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, labor laws, and data protection laws.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices and policies.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor laws, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
