The Deals Advisory team
Our team supports corporate and private equity clients through a pragmatic approach that unlocks value from a transaction. We support clients from wherever they are in the deal process be it deal strategy, due diligence, valuations or post-merger integration.

Responsibilities
- Populating of data and financial information for analysis
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Assist in researching technical accounting issues to evaluate implications on transaction valuation and structuring
- Perform industry and company research utilising online tools and publicly available information
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Conversant with Microsoft applications, especially with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to think on your feet
- Open to learning and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mind set and business acumen
- Able to start work in March 2025
