Role: Part-time Administrative Assistant
3 Days work week at the office, 4-6 hours per day
Hourly rate: S12-15/hr (negotiable)
Location: Bukit Batok, WCEGA building
Responsibilities:
- Able to create invoice and receipts
- Keep recordings of company’s expenses
- Data entry, emailing and service calls, customer support
- Assist to replenish pantry supplies and manage overall cleanliness of the office
Requirement
- Min. O Level
- Detail oriented, good organisational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
- Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Mandarin
