Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing all sales and tender-related documentation, cost estimates, and material submissions.
- Create sales quotations and proposals.
- Provide both sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Coordinate with factories to gather necessary documents, ensuring all submissions are complete and submitted on time.
- Help the sales team respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues where needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
- Manage the sales order process, from quotation and sales order to purchase order and delivery order.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in project management or sales support.
- Strong affinity for working with numbers and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Diploma in Business Management or Electrical Engineering.
- Goal-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring the delivery of accurate information.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) is a plus.
