Global Account Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of international express delivery services, and they are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join their team to drive customer growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and manage multi-level relationships between customers and internal teams to secure long-term partnerships and align with company objectives.
  • Drive sales growth through the implementation of regionally consistent processes and strategies.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and expectations to meet business goals.
  • Plan and execute initiatives aimed at retaining clients and fostering long-term sales growth.
  • Develop and implement post-sales strategies for assigned customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by addressing sales-related and customer expectation issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the regional bidding or RFQ process when required & conduct regular reviews to assess business performance and customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the key account/ BD management of experience in the service industry
  • A diploma/ degree in Business or any related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the International Express or Air Transportation sector is a plus.
  • Previous experience managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • 2 positions available
