Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the operations and sales teams to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event equipment on-site

• Help coordinate logistics for event deliveries and collections

• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained

• Support the event team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and order processing

• Assist with client inquiries and provide excellent customer service on-site

• Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of all event participants

• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of event processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event coordination or a similar role is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (does not apply to female applicants)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules

• Valid driver’s license is a plus

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
