Singapore Sembawang Country Club Full time
Pre-Event Set up, Coordination and On-site event management

  • Preparation of event logistics and equipment
  • Event inventory management maintaining of equipment, stock checks. Updating of monthly equipment inventory
  • Coordination of other logístical event requirements(Security, Carpark, Lockers, VIP Requests, etc)
  • Weekly event venue checks to ensure venues are in good condition for events.(to work closely with Operations Department / Cleaning Team)
  • Assist in client sitevisits
  • Assist the team during Club Events, Social Events and Banquet Events
  • Assist to coordinate for Festive Decorations / Monthly Floral Arrangements
  • Assist to coordinate vendors' arrangements before, during and after event (Caterers, etc)
  • Ad-Hoc Duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • N Level / O Level Holders / ITE
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably 12 years of experience in Operations / Events
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Able to handle handson event set up (event set ups, turnovers)

Working Hours

  • 5day work week
  • Rotating roster
  • May be required to work on weekends & public holidays
