Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Provide full administrative support to the Legal & Insurance Department as required in a proactive, timely and diligient manner.
  • Assist the Manager of Legal & Insurance in providing legal and administrative support to the Chief Executive.
  • Assist the Chief Executive in business and personal matters.
  • Assist the Chief Executive in researching and following up with action on matters that fall within the Chief Executive's responsibility - chasing responses and triggering follow-up action.
  • Coordinate and provide personal travel support including handling travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, travel claims and other logistics support.
  • Responsible for scheduling and preparing documents for meetings and assisting in some drafting correspondence, writing minutes, preparing presentation slides etc.
  • Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders on required inputs/documents on legal and insurance matters, including timeline and action plans.
  • Assisting in some drafting, editing and proofreading of various contracts, resolutions, correspondence and legal documents as well as maintain the Chief Executive's office systems including data management, filing, maintaining and updating records of the Chief Executive contacts.
  • Responsible for collating, editing and compilation of articles from various departments to create and publish the Company's Newsletter in accordance with the requirements.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties where required by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Law or equivalent, preferably with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. Applicants with less experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, detail oriented with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information with professionalism, confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
