Group Overview
Global Security (GS) protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, incident
management, corporate building security and customer/visitor/client safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, and fraud Investigations. GS Physical Security consists of all the operations and teams that provide physical security globally to our employees, customers, facilities and assets. Physical security in this application is defined as follows; “that part of security concerned with physical measures designed to safeguard people; to prevent unauthorized access to equipment, facilities, material, and documents; and to safeguard them against a security incident.”

Overview & Responsibilities
The Business Analysis & Reporting Specialist (APAC) is a key member of the GS regional team and will have a leading role in coordinating physical security activities and product line components across the region. Reporting to the GS Regional Security Director, APAC Physical Security Director and Business & Ops Manager, the successful candidate will participate in a broad range of activities related to Finance & Business Management activities, inclusive of;

  • Participate and support all Monthly Governance meetings both for Senior Management and other functions.
  • Participating in all regional governance programs, including the production of high-quality materials and minutes to BAU and ad-hoc governance forums.
  • Oversight on renewal of standards, procedures and job aides related to regional security
    outputs.
  • Ensuring timely quality delivery of the annual requirements of the security assessment programs across all domains.
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining measures, metrics and tolerances to measur GS regional activities.
  • Management of outsourcing contract creation and renewals supporting all GS Deliver Managers across the region.
  • Management of the Inter-affiliate services program & Third-party Oversights, wit detailed knowledge of the outsourcing arrangements managed by GS (APAC).
  • Support on Budget Planning and Financial Management for all GS locations in APAC.
  • Leading and joining program & project management teams to deliver high-impact change across the region, and in partnership with other global regions.

Qualifications
General

  • 0-2 years of experience in a security (or demonstrably similar) domain, preferably within the Asia Pacific region and a similar corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams & SharePoint is required.
  • Financial or accounting related experience may be beneficial.
