Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the manager and the department, ensuring the smooth execution of its mission and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee department-wide operational tasks, including budget tracking, capital expenditure requests, administrative check requests, facility planning, meeting scheduling, expense reports, travel arrangements, and phone/voicemail activation; prepare relevant forms and requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records, organize administrative files and databases, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist the manager and team by handling administrative duties and gathering necessary information and documentation.
  • Ensure the department is adequately stocked with supplies and services.
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support department staff.
  • Contribute to marketing activities by managing internal processes for promotional materials and external administration for events such as CMEs, RTDs, symposia, and meetings.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Administration or any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Secretary and admin support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able work well with all levels
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Location : Bugis – 5 days

Salary : $4,000.00 - $5,500.00
