Roles & Responsibilities

  • Send periodic reminders to clients on key matters using standard templates
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client follow-ups
  • Conduct research on for related information
  • Identify and recommend further opportunities to expand client services
  • Work closely with internal teams to offer additional support and solutions
  • Maintain a tracking system to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding tasks
  • Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes data entry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department goals
  • Other Ad hoc Duties assigned

Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
  • Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork
  • Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work under pressure
